Heart disease is a condition that affects the
heart, and the cardiovascular system. It is caused by a variety of factors such
as smoking, eating unhealthy food, and lack of exercise. Some studies show that
one in four people die from heart decease. More than half of those who die are
less than 65 years old. Heart disease is also the leading cause of death for
women, followed by lung cancer and stroke.
But for
those with heart disease, the only treatment option they usually have is
medication. This may look like the best option, but it can lead to side effects
like mood swings, weight gain and nausea. There is no one-size-fits all
approach to natural remedies for heart disease; it will depend on what you're
looking for. Some people may prefer food choices that are high in fiber or
lower in cholesterol. Others might find that they feel better when they drink
less alcohol or stop smoking altogether.
The good news is that there are natural remedies
to help prevent or slow down this disease. Smoking, alcohol consumption, lack
of exercise and unhealthy diet are some of the factors that may lead to heart
decease. There are many ways to prevent heart disease without medicine. One way
is to stop smoking cigarettes and drinking alcohol. Another way is to eat
healthy food such as fruits and vegetables, and exercise regularly. There are
also some natural remedies that can help with this condition such as yoga and
meditation.
But
main question is this, “Do you know whether your heart is going to be worst or
not”? Generally, the answer is ‘No’. Because we don’t care about our heart
blockage at early stages when it is getting gradually worst because there is no
symptom of problem and we feel better in our body during expiring our daily
life.
Suppose, your artery blockage of your heart is started and it is increased up to 30%. There will be no symptom in your body, so you will not aware. Gradually your blockage is increased from 30% to 40%, 40% to 50%, 50% to 60% and 60% to 70%. Still you may say, “I don’t care”. Because there will be no symptom also. When your blockage is increasing gradually 70% to 80%, you may feel some tiredness at the time of climbing staircase or uphill. And above 80%? Medical treatment is necessary immediately. But it is seen in maximum cases that medical treatment is started when the blockage is 90% or above.
Thus again I want to say, “Do you know whether your heart is going to be worst or not”? Again the answer will be a big ‘NO’. So what to do?
Answer is very simple. Stop smoking, avoid alcohol, exercise regularly and eat healthy food with fruits and vegetables. Red meat and oily food should be lower down or be stopped. Yoga and meditation is also good. Everything is simple to follow but it becomes very difficult to suppress our greed for food, comfort, etc.
